What happened to the A-Squad Perks program?
After researching our A-Squad Perks program, we realized that we must make some changes in order to make it more useful. Therefore, we are temporarily discontinuing (or phasing out) the A-Squad Perks loyalty program, effective July 15th, 2018.
Every customer with outstanding points and rewards were notified on June 18, 2018 so that they could take advantage of the credits.
What if I had points that I never got to use?
Your points expired on July 15, 2018 and are no longer available for use. If you are a repeat AELLA customer who has shopped with us over $600, you are still eligible for some AELLA VIP & ELITE perks.
I am a loyal AELLA customer and have shopped with you many times. Can I still receive any rewards?
While you’re no longer able to collect and redeem points, several benefits of being a top customer will still be provided. They include shipping credit, a surprise annual gift, access to exclusive giveaways, early access to new collections, access to the uniform box, and invitations to private events.
